Cushioning. Support. Shock absorption. The new Flex LX 2023 offers a luxurious feel that strikes the perfect balance between performance and design. It's designed to help absorb and disperse impact after gravity-defying jumps, with triple-density Dynamic Support Technology that protects your heels and ensures softer landings. We've added structure and stability with a more contoured sockliner and raised chassis to improve the fit and increase lateral support. Angled heel inserts ensure your foot rolls out correctly, providing a stable landing and protecting your knees and ankles as you prepare for takeoff. The lightweight, rubberized GripFlex EVA interior maintains grip underfoot when wet, while the thin grip pattern helps keep you planted at various angles, preventing your foot from slipping out of the binding. We've refined the adjustable, injected-velcro top flap to provide strong yet flexible support. The strap features a soft foam lining and seamless KnitFlex with split hook-and-loop closures. These offer personalized comfort and allow your foot to more easily roll into a locked-in position. For an optimal fit, make sure there's enough room for your toes to stretch and flex, and that the strap doesn't slip or rub. The upper should feel secure, but not too tight, and the footbed should match the shape of your foot. The Flex LX is compatible with both our new 2023 FlipTech centerline mounting system and the 2020-2022 TwinTip offline system. Industry-standard screw spacing ensures they can also be installed on other boards.
