Maximum low-end to get you up and running faster. High-end performance that lets you exploit gusty conditions. Designed to feel light in your hands, the Nova 2023's progressively swept contour and refined profile section make it easier to handle and more stable when cruising.
The pressure from your front and rear arms is even, not heavy on your rear hand. The wingtip geometry and balanced dihedral also prevent side-to-side oscillation when gripping the front handle, riding downwind, surfing, or simply walking toward the water.
The new forward-draft camber in the profile section generates more lift at the front of the wing. This makes for smoother transitions so you can glide through turns effortlessly, and when combined with improved canopy tension, increases the Nova's low-end power.
A stiffer, more responsive fuselage means the canopy stays clean across a wider wind range.
We've minimized flutter and created a clean trailing edge release with reduced drag.
Then, to ensure the wing remains stable and comfortable under high-power conditions, we reduced the leading edge diameter, concentrating stiffness in the center of the leading edge and allowing the swept wing tips to shed excess power.
Master the upwind, glide through tacks, float through gybes and high jumps with extra hang time. Whatever goal you're chasing, the Nova will get you there faster.
