Race Falcon_Fin D/LAB Windsurf Board
Over the past three years, Dani Aeberli (product manager) and Vasin Siritho (implementation and quality assurance manager) have developed technology worthy of the D/LAB label. Instead of the usual semi-custom technology, we now use 100% custom technology. We call this CUSTOM CNC SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY (find all the details below in the TECHNICAL FEATURES).
Even before you get in the water, you can get an idea of what to expect. Just pick up the board and you'll be amazed at how light it is. Then you hit the hull and immediately realize how stiff the board is. Compare it to a typical semi-custom production board and the difference is obvious.

The PWA World Title-winning Falcon_Fin boards are designed for total control in every situation you face on a racecourse. Your attention is 100% focused on your speed and your line, rather than your gear. Pierre Mortefon already proved this in 2019, when he won the PWA Slalom World Title on our Rockets. In 2021, he proved it once again by finishing as Vice PWA Slalom World Champion, and to top it all off, Jordy Vonk and Jenna Gibson became 2022 IFCA Slalom World Champions at the fin-only World Championships.
In 2023, we redesigned the key 99 and 116 sizes to meet the demands of our top riders for 100% performance on the racetrack. The recessed area between the mast and the base keeps the rigging connection low for better control, while the cutaway rail design will ensure 100% power and easy gybes.
For 2024, the 90 size now follows, which will be a key size in next year's PWA fin racing. It's based on the 99 design, which everyone calls the "magic board."
