Performance, fun, speed, and ease of freeride. Balance, power, and control to make the most of the available wind and seascape. A new profile combined with a unified twist from bottom to top gives the sail a lighter handling feel, yet still offers excellent power and control.
Handling Characteristics: A shorter boom length on all sizes creates a taller outline for better control and stability during maneuvers. Overall, improved handling and a lighter, more efficient sail feel.
Available in 5.4, 5.8, 6.2, 6.6, 7.2, 7.8, 8.5 square meters.
Base construction, Bi-Ply window, Monofilm panels.
Available in Fluo Yellow with Fluo Orange logos.
Base Construction:
- Main window panels: High-quality 6 mil monofilm from Dimension Polyant.
- Upper window panels: Dimension Polyant high-quality 4 mil monofilm.
- Upper Body Panels: Dimension Polyant's high-quality 4 mil monofilm.
- Foot/Hook Panel: 4 mil Aramid Scrim with an enhanced scrim with higher denier fibers, while maintaining the X-PLY high-tenacity aramid. It has greater resistance to tears and punctures under the highest impact of wave riding.
- Carbon stretch control tapes produced using tensioned carbon fiber bundles to ensure low stretch and zero wrinkling. The improved PSA adhesive allows for aggressive bonding. Using these tapes allows for lighter and more efficient patch and sail reinforcement.
- Double stitching around the main window.
- Reinforcement on the edge of the Dacron torch.
- Chamfered at the rear edge of the mast sleeve to prevent fraying.
