NEILPRYDE SPX95 SDM
SPX90/95 masts have a very high concentration of carbon fiber (90% carbon in RDM and 95% carbon in SDM) and are therefore extremely strong. Compared to TPX100, we have added an additional safety layer of strength: a thicker prepreg loop spirally wrapped around the mast. This layer does not affect the stiffness or curvature of the mast, but increases strength. It reinforces the spine and prevents the mast from becoming oval during compression, eliminating the main cause of mast breakage.
