Description
The HA1450 high-aspect wing is the bigger brother of the HA1250, designed for heavier riders or for light-wind days. Highly efficient, it offers great lift, speed, glide, and pumping ability in both flat and rough water. The HA1450 has a high span-to-chord ratio and a relatively thin profile, similar to a glider wing. With this type of wing, you generate maximum efficiency and lift. The short chord length defines the thickness of the profile, and a thin profile reduces drag. Its span provides stability, with a slightly wider turning radius than a smaller aspect wing of the same size.
