Handling Characteristics: The Banzai Surf Pro has a taller stance with a shorter boom compared to the Banzai 11 Pro and Banzai Max. This, combined with a lower, more centered lift, gives you a balanced, neutral feel for maximum control and maneuverability. It also makes the sail feel super light in your hands, allowing you to ride for longer and have complete control when surfing. The power is never too much or too little, always available when you need it.

X Pro Construction:
Main Window Panel: 6 mil X-Ply Film with black Ultra-PE fiber providing high stretch strength and high tear strength. The fiber configuration allows for maximum fiber performance while blending into the background. The black yarns have ultra-low reflection, meaning they absorb all light and tend to fade as you look through the sail, offering the best possible distraction-free view through the sail window.
Upper Window Panels: 5 mil X-Ply polyester from Dimension-Polyant designed to reduce stretch and increase tear resistance.
Upper Body Color Panels: 2.5 mil Dimension-Polyant Scrim, a polyester plus X-Ply scrim designed to reduce weight while still offering lower elongation compared to a traditional X-Ply only product.
Toe/Tail Panel: 4 mil Aramid Scrim features an enhanced scrim with higher denier fibers, maintaining the high tenacity of X-Ply aramid. It offers greater resistance to tearing and puncturing under the highest impact of wave riding.
Carbon Stretch Control Tapes: Produced with pre-tensioned carbon fiber bundles to ensure low stretch and zero wrinkling. Improved PSA adhesive allows for aggressive bonding. Using these tapes allows for lighter, more efficient sail reinforcement and patching.

Reinforcement on the edge of the Dacron leech.
Folded rear edge on mast sleeve to prevent fraying.
